The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders will dispatch within 7 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS (depending on the customer selection) After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1-7 business days depending on the speed selection provided by the carriers. For example if you have selected overnight shipping, it will take 1 business day to arrive after processing time.
All rates and shipping times are automatically calculated by the carrier, VILAN takes no profit in shipping costs and provides the best rate available from the carrier.
